1. The service
Orcha Chat ("Orcha") is a secure AI chat and document platform: encrypted AI conversations, private Ghost sessions, AI PDF and document tools, translation across Indian languages, a Notebook board and a document Studio. By creating an account or using the guest trial you accept these terms.
2. Plans and limits
The Free plan includes 20 messages and 2 document uploads per day. The Pro plan (₹599/month, about $7/month) includes 200 messages and 50 document uploads per day, Notebook, Studio, and use on up to 3 devices managed by a main device. The guest trial allows 5 questions per day without an account. Limits protect the service and may be tuned over time.
3. Subscriptions and refunds
Pro is billed monthly through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Amounts already charged are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orcha to break the law, to attempt to re-identify other people's redacted data, to probe or overload the service, or to generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Official use by institutions remains subject to their own rules and approvals.
5. AI output
AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Orcha grounds answers in official sources where possible, but output is assistance, not legal, medical or financial advice. Verify important facts — especially citations of acts, rules and figures — before acting on them.
6. Your content
Your conversations and documents remain yours. We store them encrypted, never read them, never sell them, and never train models on them. You can delete everything in one click at any time.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may evolve; material changes to paid features will be announced.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orcha's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
